Our Hope
Despite the gravity of our times, we have hope in Christ’s victory.
God is working mightily in our midst, and we can have a real impact on this world through growing into the full stature of Christ.
Our Goals
- Nurture and proclaim the hope we have in Christ.
- Form men and women of all ages into mature Christians.
- Build a community that is a source of strength and holiness for many others, both now and in generations to come.
Our Needs
Significant Growth in Recent Years
Church of Our Saviour has seen significant growth in attendance and giving since 2019/20.
Parish and Community
Space is needed for nursery, Christian education, offices and fellowship as well as community events and possible future school.
Planning for the future
Building a parish hall is a wise long-term investment on our property:
- Will meet needs for years to come
- It will never be less expensive to build
- It creates a space for our growing parish life and additional opportunities to be a spiritual bastion for our community for Christ.
Our Plan
- We are asking for pledges over the next three years. We request these pledges be an addition to current giving.
- There are multiple options from a giving standpoint, to include stocks and trusts.
- The Rector, Vestry and members of the Building and Capital Campaign Committees have all made pledges to support the effort.
Parish Hall Features
- A parish hall of 5200 SF built just east of the parking lot will provide an accessible space for meals and group gatherings for up to 120 seated persons.
- The large hall can also be partitioned off for use of smaller groups.
- Four large dedicated classrooms and a large flexible nursery with its own secure toilet, mother’s/quiet room, and access to an outdoor play area.
- Offices for rector and assistant minister plus reception area for church administrator and files/office supplies.
- Kitchen rough-in to be completed at a later date but still usable initially.
- Storage for tables and chairs, plus storage for dry goods and pantry.
